Service & repairs
Bike maintenance is 100% on us. We manage all service and repairs directly with the employee, meaning the HR team can stay out of the loop. Employees should just download the app or contact our customer service to schedule a fix or swap, guaranteeing zero extra work for your company.

Invoicing & reporting
You only receive one consolidated invoice per month for all active employee subscriptions. We bill in advance, so your first invoice includes the initial pro-rata period, making it a bit higher—but always transparent. Plus, companies with 10+ subscriptions get detailed data reports in CSV format.

Employee termination
Full Theft Coverage has your back—but only if your bike was locked properly when stolen. That means:
✅ Double locked when parked
✅ Battery removed (for e-Bikes)
✅ You still have the key to both your bike & battery (and can show them at your appointment)
Don’t have the key or the battery? Then your own risk fee will be only 50% of the regular surcharges (if you’re on Full Theft Coverage).
Note: If the bike is removed by the municipality, Full Theft Coverage rates do not apply.
