Very good quality of bikes, decent prices, and the best possible customer service one can hope for! There are normal bikes and E-bikes options. I tried the E-bike Power 7 and it was just awesome! The guys at the store are extremely friendly and helpful <3

Great option to get good quality cycles for use in the city. The customer service at the store was quick and resolved problems with the cycle quickly. The Swapfiets app needs some improvements and slots in Munich are not easy to find.
