Bike maintenance is 100% on us. We manage all service and repairs directly with the employee, meaning the HR team can stay out of the loop. Employees should just download the app or contact our customer service to schedule a fix or swap, guaranteeing zero extra work for your company.

You only receive one consolidated invoice per month for all active employee subscriptions. We bill in advance, so your first invoice includes the initial pro-rata period, making it a bit higher—but always transparent. Plus, companies with 10+ subscriptions get detailed data reports in CSV format.
