I was back at the shop today to address some minor bike issues. As always, the staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was pouring rain in Brussels (no surprise there!), and I can honestly say their positive attitude was contagious, and it chased away the rain clouds hanging over me (literal and metaphorical)!

The convenience of the bikes should be updated but the strength of this company are their workers. I always feel welcome and there's always a smile when you visit them. Travor is a person who helped me a lot. I needed some help and I received all the attention with an excellent service.
