Great Service. I went to get a new bike in vienna after having been a long term customer in Berlin already. The team was super friendly I got my bike within 5 minutes from the extremely friendly and helpful service team

Adam was amazing and very fast. Luckily he came hours earlier making it easier for me to go to work. He explained everything well and adjusted my bike seat well. But the stand of the bike came off as I was cycling which is why I gave it 4 stars. Fix that then it'll be a 5
