If someone steals it (or you lose it) when double locked, you’ll pay a surcharge, depending on the bike model. We'll help you file a police report and give you a replacement. For extra safety, you can also add full theft coverage to your bike subscription.

If you’re on a loyal membership, you can cancel after 6 months. Once you bring back the bike we'll give it a quick tune-up and send it on its way to serve another member.
